Shipping policy


1) Where We Ship



  • We currently ship to Australia and the United States of America (USA).
  • At this stage, we do not ship to other countries.






2) Shipping Costs



  • Free Standard Shipping to Australia and the USA.
  • No hidden costs—what you see at checkout is the final price.






3) Processing & Delivery Times



  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch:
    • Australia Metro: 2–6 business days
    • Australia Regional/Remote: 5–14 business days
    • USA: 7–21 business days (customs may add delays)

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Weather, customs, peak seasons, and courier delays may affect timelines.






4) Carriers



We partner with trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, Aramex, DHL, USPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection depends on parcel size, weight, and delivery location.





5) Order Tracking



  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately at no extra cost.






6) Authority to Leave (ATL) & Signatures



  • In Australia, parcels may be delivered with Authority to Leave if the driver considers the location safe.
  • In the USA, deliveries may be left at the door or mailbox unless a signature service is requested.
  • If you require signature on delivery, please add this request at checkout (where available).






7) Incorrect, Damaged, or Lost Items



If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all:


  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at support@thenesttradingcompany.com.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product/packaging (if applicable).
  3. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.






8) Customs, Duties & Taxes (USA Orders)



  • Orders to the USA may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by local authorities.
  • These charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
  • Customs processing can cause delivery delays beyond our control.






9) Your Rights (Australian Consumer Law)



For Australian customers: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
