Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Nest Trading Company. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactus@thenesttradingcompany.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at contactus@thenesttradingcompany.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
